I weigh 145-8 and stand at 5’3. My usual size on FN is Medium so that’s what I ordered and it fit okay. I couldn’t tell if I needed to go up a size or if my boobs were just a bit too big for the Medium. I still wore it and it was cute enough. To make sure you have enough material to pull up in the back, I would say size up.
