I wear a DD bra

Size Purchased: XL

Usual Size: L

I wear a DD bra and sized up, but the shirt is still too small in the chest area. The chain part comes undone as you try to put it on and definitely does not stay closed. By the end of the night, your whole shirt is going to be undone. Should size up at least two sizes if you have a larger chest.
