I ordered this dress to wear to a 1920's inspired event. I planned to dress it up with the right accessories. Unfortunately one of the chains on one of the shoulders was broken - luckily I figured I could fix it one way or another. It is a less expensive dress so I could only expect a little less quality for the lesser price. It also runs short in my opinion. I am only 5'3'' and would have liked for it to touch the floor with heels but it was barely too short for that.

I didn’t appreciate that my dress came with NO tag and a very strong perfume scent. I paid for something new not something used!
