The waist band flips a little bit where the material is all gathered, I think because it’s a bit heavy. I ordered a size S and it fits well. Very pretty and the colour is so gorgeous!

This skirt is horrible quality, for anyone to give it more than one star, they had to have been paid for their review. It's impossible to wear because of how thin it is. Do not waste your money on this skirt. I purchased the skirt and the top shown in the picture and they are two completely different materials. I would not recommend purchasing either item.
