Normally a 9 but ordered a 10 since other reviews said the puffer was small sliding in. Superrrrrr cute boots, however the puffer part your foot slid down in is super slim to impossible to get in. If you pull too hard you'll rip the boot trying to get it on. if you have fat feet you WILL have a hard time getting your foot in even if you size up. You order 2 sizes up you run the risk of the actual boot itself being big once you slid your foot in! I would not recommend these boots even though they are soo cute
