It’s a beautiful top, I’d say it runs true to size to a bit loose. I wear 34DDD and I just wish the straps were adaptable to make them a bit tighter as they feel a bit loose on me (but that could be adjusted). The only adjustable part is the bottom strap. It runs like a tank top
