Apple beware!! because of the way these are made the waistband is not flattering if you have a fupa or mommy pouch whatever you named that extra weight around your waistline. It didn't look good on my shape and my pouch isn't extreme and clothing with some snatching hides mine well. These just brought more attention to that area on me, so I'm going to give them away because it's not worth the return since I only paid US $15. 00 not paying the flat rate of $6. 99 to send them back. I also wasn't a fan of the material. (personal preference) If you like them, get your usual size. I'm 5'3 198lb 39" waistline 48in hips. they fall right at my knees.
