I ordered this dress in size M- they sent me an XL! I did see that the paper tag and bag said M, but the actual dress cloth tag said XL. They told me they do not do exchanges- EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS THEIR FAULT. They did not even provide me a shipping label- Made me shell out an additional $10 of my money to ship the dress back using their return label system. I still have not received my refund. They made me re-order the dress (which was scary considering I had to pay for shipping the 2nd one to me AND there was a chance it woudl be the wrong size again. The dress was ripped. They said they would now give me store credit. Imagine ordering 2 of the same dress- to get 2x store credit (basically forcing me to spend double my money at their store plus $10 shipping and no store credit for the cost of shipping the dress to me twice!! Then, yesterday when I followed up because I haven't received store credit for either purchase of this dress, they sent me an e-mail and said they are shipping a 3rd dress to me and gave me a tracking number. SO THEY DO HONOR EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS AFTER ALL. This whole mess could have been avoided if they had sent the replacement, the FIRST time they messed up. Seems like they want this stuff to happen so you trade in extra cash for store credit ( i still have not received store credit for the first XL dress btw).
