I am 4'11 and 115 lbs. I usually wear a size 1, but after reading the reviews for this product, I sized up to a size 3 with the hope of a better fit. Couldn't even get the 3 up past my thigh and since they couldn't be returned I had to give them away which sucked because they're so cute. Either purchase a size 2 sizes larger than usual or don't buy at all :/
