I'm plus-sized so I wasn't sure if this would fit, but the back panel is very stretchy fabric (unlike the foam in the front) and it works for me. The bottle lid/tip comes flat with instructions to stuff it with tissue paper to make it stand up straight which totally worked. There are some rough/raw seams at the tip part which is the only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5.
