Dress itself rises. It’s a little itchy and the glitter comes off. Very stretchy. But the worst part is the cut out area on the chest. I do not have big boobs (36 C) and it just doesn’t fit proportional. It was a final sale so I had to keep it unfortunately. I used a safety pin but ultimately ran into a store right before the event to purchase another dress.
