This item has absolutely no stretch. I usually wear a size small but I would have to go for a medium in this item. I am 5'4 130lbs, 34 28 38. Other than the sizing, this would have been a good piece to have. The material is very good quality

Nice material but I had to return because I couldn't fit. I'm 145pounds so a medium would have been much better.
