This dress is so stretchy, I could have sized down. I bought a medium, I'm 5'6 and weigh 165. 36-30-38. It seems really well made and feels good, no itchy material. The halter also has plenty of stretch to go over your head without feeling tight on your neck. Definitely would recommend!
