I am a 34 D with 32 under bust area so I am thin but not tiny. I wear a large often so it fits my bust but this is just too big around. I will try to do some rigging on it and maybe use a ring to tighten it around the underbust but would buy a s/m if I got it again. I thought it would fit because you can attach the rings in different spots but it's separated in bust area too much so it's too loose as it is. I wanted it to look as it looks in the picture and it doesn't so larger bust ladies can get this and it should fit up to 44" I would think.
