I normally order a size 6 in heels, 6.5 in other shoes, though it really depends on the shoe, and I'm walking on my own toes. These were never meant to be practical, wear-around-town shoes for me, but I wish they were a tiny bit bigger, but that's on me. My favorite part though is A) my cat's disdain for them and B) they feel like a planner, which was unexpected and honestly makes them better.
