I love the bag, and got a lot of complements. I like how you can adjust the clips, and wear it long or shorter. My only downside is the snagging. It caught onto almost everything I wore and messed up a few shirts and pants. I remedied this by fixing the loose prongs and adding super glue to the problematic ones. So far, I’ve had no further issues. Thank you for adding the extra crystals because they do fall out.
