outcast clothing has 10x better quality of this dress

Yalllllll I wanted to love this dress SO BAD, the style and design is so pretty and unique. I bought this as an early NYE fit and was sooo excited for this dress. It is true to size, everything fit, I even thought the corset top looked really flattering on my body despite being so thin and stretchy. BUT the quality of the material is sooooooo low, the skirt is like a cheap pillow case, it feels very much like a costume. I had high hopes for this dress but I could not justify paying over $40 for such cheap quality so I ended up returning for store credit.
