The lace nylon spandex material is full stretch and lightweight. The materials silky soft and feels great against my skin, and compliments my skin complexion nicely. For reference, im 5'5" 120 lbs usually wear M/L (Runs kinda small) For this set i'd say size up, because i ordered my usual size and it fits kinda snug. The bottoms fit me perfectly, but the top is alittle tighter in the bust area even after i adjusted the tie back closure.
