Poor material, size up

The shirt fits very weird. Overall, it’s SUPPOSED to fit. My head fit it in and is seemingly loose, however I could only get one arm in and not the other. I ended up having to cut the shirt and tie it myself because I needed to wear it that day. If I had time, I would’ve sent it back.
