I'm 5'5 150 pounds. I bought a medium and a large. I fluctuate but the medium was very tight and the large fit perfect. Size up. I also bought this dress over a year ago and have been waiting patiently for a restock, to buy a few more thats how much I loved this dress. Casually classy.
