The pigment is extremely hard to apply as it has no pigment to it Can not ise it as an eyeliner , only a highlight on my waterline . Quality is bad to average, not that super You definitely get what you pay for But it took me 3 months to recive this item as it was lost somewhere in South Africa??!! And when I recived it the package was damaged and opened :((( very frustrated with my order
