Stated there was some stretch to it but they lied, this runs very small, im an L/XL and a size 13/14 so a 15 should have fit

These jeans were quite big, I ordered other jeans with the same size “0” and they fitted me perfectly, be careful with these jeans they do run large and im 5’0 and the jeans fit upper then my ankles and not all the way down
