This was my birthday outfit. It is a light fabric, so perfect for hot days. I am 5'7" so the length was perfect for me. I was able to walk without tripping over the material. Because of the elastic in the lower back of the garment, it may be possible to size down unless you are busy. Then you may to order your regular size. I highly recommend purchasing this.
