I wear this out all the time! Be warned, it is tighter than I thought it would be and cropped more than the picture shows. I ordered a small and I'm 5'5" and about 127lbs. It was tight at first, but after wearing it a few times it fit nicely.

It runs a little small, so i would suggest getting a size larger than your really are especially if you had a bigger bust, wider back, or thicker arms. the spandex in the shirt wasn't enough to make the thin sleeves suit my arms.
