I was very happy when I saw the boots where available. That was the reason I immediately bought the boots in size 7.5. A few days later, fashion Nova informed me that the boots are out of stock while it was available when I purchased it. They said that they will give me a refund to purchase something else I like. First of all, why are the shoes available in the site if they are out of stock in the Distribution Center? Second, nobody said that I need a refund to purchase something else from fashion Nova. If this happends one more time, fashion Nova, you will lose a costumer!
