I like these cargo a lot. They are true to size. Very fitted. They are long. Should be ok with boots. You can go a size up for a better fit.

if you want a snug fit order a size down. I’m usually a 11/13 m/l in FN. I didn’t want a tight fit but a more comfortable fit. didn’t know what to expect with these. they are cotton so they’ll shrink. 5’10 and don’t flood too bad
