They do run small but they have stretch! I did go by the reviews and purchased a size up! Im 105 pounds and 5’2 in height and I purchased a size 1 and it fits great! Im usually a size 0-1. Will buy another pair. they are not ankle jeans they are a little longer, just perfect.

Really compliment figure. if you have thicker thighs/bigger waist size up for sure.
