This is cheap vinyl material. I had mostly guessed that it was not latex for the price point, so I was disappointed but not shocked as the design is still very cute. However it has ZERO stretch and run very small. I'm 5'8" 150lbs size 10/10, and I ordered a large as I usually do. I could not get the panties over my thighs, the garter would not go all the way around My waist, and the choker wasn't long enough so the bra also wouldn't fit right. This set was a disaster from start to finish - which is really a shame.
