Arms small and body big, makes no sense

The arms are made for a small child. That’s what ruins it, bc the bodice is nice. But your arms will be in a chokehold. It’s extremely hard to get on and super uncomfortable. And, you can’t return or exchange it. I wish I didn’t buy this. Pass on this one.
