Made for exaggerated surgery bodies it is too long in the crotch area but if you have a big butt, it will probably pull it up. I was not a fan of the top or bottom I usually wear a medium someone said size down and that still didn't help it was still big and I have 36DDD breast flat stomach a little but not heavy not flat
