Fits nicely, accentuates curves but isn't very stretchy. Was a bit of a challenge to get on and off as the turtleneck is a tight squeeze. I'm 5'3",145lbs and got a small. Make sure the dress is on before you do your make-up otherwise you'll wipe your whole face off getting into this dress😂

Overall was a great fit. I purchased a medium but the tag says large.
