Cropped top

I ordered this hoping that the top would be a regular top and the shorts would be medium size shorts and 5’6” 124 pounds the shorts are I suppose true to size but the top is cropped and saying you really feel kind of uncomfortable like you want to pull it down so I won’t be wearing this
