Very pretty but cut small and I wear size 40b bra.

I wear an xs and have a A cup and wide shoulders. I did not need to size up, I wasted money buying this. Yes its cute and practical in a sense but easily wrinkles. Wanted to wear with a strapless gown or corset but not feeling the puffy sleeves and wrinkles.
