It’s cute and stretchy it’s like plaid material so definitely warm enough for winter, I’m 5’3 and it’s perfect length on me with heeled boots. If you don’t wear heels you should be at least 5’6 to be able to wear it. Overall a good buy I recommend. Don’t size up it’s true to size
