I got a Small and it is still a little loose on me. it’s gorgeous though so I might just get it fixed for a tighter look. 27 inch waist and 42 inch hip for reference.

Fit well. Stretchy sweater material but not oversized. Can't speak on if it keeps its shape because i haven't warn it yet. Sleeves are very pretty dressy accent in person.
