Got this dress in size small, the fit was extremely tight; I usually wear a small. The dress is too long, I am 5’8” and 130Lbs. I also didn’t like the train on the back; it would probably fit better without it. I am returning this item .

I am 5'5" and weigh 220 pounds. Based on some of the reviews, I purchased a 1X. I tend to go between and XL and 1X depending on the brand and style of dress. The dress fit over my hips perfectly. I am smaller up top, so it was a little big, but with the belt, you don't notice it. Overall, the dress was really long from the front around to the train. The train was longer than I expected. So I did have the length shortened and the train cut down. I left a little drag, but not a full train. The denim has some nice stretch to it as well, so it doesn't feel stiff. I like it!
