I’m 5’4” and about 130lbs, normally a size small and ordered a size small. I feel like I could have ordered an XS. The shorts and bra under garments that came with the dress are a little big for me, but the dress itself fits beautifully. I wore basic black biker shorts and a black bandeau that I already owned and they worked great.
