i’d say a little bigger as there is lots stretch (just not in shorts portion) so if you want to size down, you can! as for arms, if you planned on using it off the shoulder keep in mind the square neck portion is a bit bigger since that’s how it’s supposed to be! color is on point and fabric is comfy! def add to your cart ☺️
