The skirt has shorts under and it isnt too short nor is it too long Just a FYI i am caribbean and none of my family has seen this skirt yet so it will be a surprise🙃 but i digress the skirt is cute and fits fine and if your waist is slightly smaller than the skirts waist length then it will naturally fall slightly lower which is a benefit if you are afraid of it being too short. (js for note im 5’2 115lbs 28” in the waist and im slick thick so that should give you an idea of what size to get)
