I purchased this to pair with a black and gold dress for a Renaissance festival, and they look so good together. I thought there would be stretch in the back on either side of the zipper, but the black material is not actually stretchy. This fits true to size, but there is little give. It feels like a true corset style because there is some reinforcement to keep the corset shape.

It was not a good fit for me, but it was a beautiful piece.
