They run small
Size Purchased: 11
Usual Size: 8, 8.5
I wear an 8 and had to order an 11. Fashion nova doesn’t refund money. You can only exchange it. I spent more shipping stuff back and forth then what it’s worth. Most of their stuff runs small.
