I’m usually a 8.5/9 and picked up the 9 but man they ran really big. They felt better for a 9.5/10 Soles felt comfy and soft but I do see how they might cause blisters on the back of your foot because it’s pretty stiff. Don’t think I’ll pick these up again cute but don’t feel like getting blisters if I get the correct size
