Omg these jeans I love. Normally a M but ordered a S because they were sold out. I love the way the fit even though they fit really tight up top. I'm hoping I could get them in a medium when they restock! I bought regular Small- I'm 5'5" and they past my ankles. 140lb waist is normally 28" so a medium will definitely do, you need these in your life if you like ripped jeans
