Fit leg long

I’m so bummed I bought several items to go on a cruise and this is one of them and when I received it it was at least two sizes too small. It’s absolutely beautiful material for the person that it would fit the right size. But now I have to send back and pay the 799 and I’m out and outfit for the cruise. it is also about 14 inches too long and runs and clothes on the ground
