Love it but it runs small

I'm so sad, went by what the reviews said and I bought a size large. My usual size is small but bought large due to people said the dress run extremely small and thats true. The bottom fit perfect but the top is way too big and fit so weird. If I bought my size small the bottom won't fit me because due to too small n tight.
