Size up. I was barely able to get this over my stomach but when I did i couldn’t breathe and my back started hurting. It did snatch me all the way in but with how uncomfortably tight it was I will never wear it. Waste of money since can’t return it.

I picked the correct size per the product size chart and it was a full size or more too small. Sad when you can't return Shapewear.
