Not very flattering fits great on the bottom but the top is so huge 34D, bottom heavy

This dress fits horrible. Im 5'4 weigh 145 lbs and im a b cup in breast and breast area fit tight and buttons opened. The ruffles on dress give you no shape and form at ALl! the wait part does NOT have form! not even with belt it helped. For the price i paid looks cheap and not not worth it. Returning it.
