Your communication really sucked fashion nova. I’ve been trying to buy these sweaters for so long and you keep saying they’re in stock but they are not!! You keep taking my money! Update your websites and clothes more frequently please. And let the customers know things are out of stock so they’re not left wondering where their package is for days!

It looked cute online but when i got it and tried it on it was very big at the bottom. So I decided to return it. This is what made me never want to shop at Fashion Nova again. Not only do you have to pay for your own shipping label (causing me to loose more money) they do not refund you your money instead they give you a e-gift card in the amount of what you spent. If I am not satisfied I should be able to get my money back and spend it else where if I like. So if your thinking about buying something make sure you absolutely love it because if your on the fence about it and it turns out you dont like it you will spend more to return it only to be given store credit.
