I’m 4’11 and 129 pounds I usually get a medium but this runs so small especially the top there’s no stretch

Everything fit except for the white strap that goes across the stomach. For some reason it was too long and kept falling down and every time you pull it, it stretches even more. Do not buy this I was so disappointed.
