Beautiful

I bought a Small and the waist fits a little loose. I'm a 28 waist for reference. Ok. ladies, over all this dress is super cute and comfortable but my only issues are: The top keyhole is a bit wide so natural big boobies can and will fall out of there QUICK! I cant wear it twisted like the model because it chokes me (waaa), I tried wearing it as a halter and its loose. So, I'm keeping it to see if I can alter it. It was only $12 so it doesnt make any sense to return it. Also, the material is nice and thick, lots of stretch so it you can size down, do it!
